•Orders must be accepted or the right to a claim is forfeited.
•Damage, quality or shortage claims must be reported within 5 working days of delivery.
•All claims must include photos of each affected tray with barcode label visible and a group photo of all affected trays if there is more than one tray.
•Any credit requests not received within 5 days of shipment accompanied by photos will not be processed.
•Full order credit requires return of all plant material.
•Claims involving viruses, diseases, or plant performance issues require the customer to send a sample plant in its growing container to a professional lab or to hardystarts for testing.
•Hardystarts does not offer a guaranteed program. Hardystarts is not responsible for issues beyond its control such as flowering time, customer crop time, or customer losses.
Replacements:
•Must be submitted as a new order to assure it is processed as quickly as possible.
